Pork Chops with Orange

3 pork chops 1/4 tsp. pepper
1 T. Crisco shortening 1/4 t. sage
1/2 C. flour 1/2 t. salt
2 T. parsley 1/2 C. Orange Juice

1. Mix flour,salt,pepper,sage and parsley together on wax paper.
2. Melt fat in skillet. Brown chops in hot fat.
3. When browned 15-20 mins, reduce heat.
4. Add orange juice, cover and cook 30 minutes more.

This is an excellent meal to prepare, whether you're just learning how to cook or advanced.
